All Sales Are Final
Every product at Vendeir is custom made to order. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or process refunds for custom requests.
Custom & Made-to-Order Products
All products sold through Vendeir are produced on demand specifically for you. Once an order is placed, production begins immediately. Because each item is uniquely crafted per order, we cannot offer:
- Returns or exchanges for change of mind
- Refunds based on personal preference (size, color, design choice)
- Exchanges for a different product or variant
We strongly encourage reviewing product details, sizing guides, and variant options carefully before completing your purchase.
When Refunds Are Granted
We stand behind every order we ship. In the event that your item was not received and you can provide valid proof, we will expedite a full refund.
Acceptable proof includes:
- Tracking information showing the package was never delivered
- Confirmation from your local carrier that the shipment was lost
- Photo or documentation of a damaged or defective item upon arrival
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the expected delivery date.

- Your order number
- The email address used at checkout
- A description of the issue
- Any supporting evidence (screenshots, tracking info, photos)
Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
